A Silk City Story is an intimate Holiday cocktail bar located inside the Silk City Distillery in Clifton, New Jersey.

Themed after the legendary movie "A Christmas Story" our Holiday Pop-Up bar is complete with A Silk City Story decor, merch and cocktails.

The wassailing will start on Friday, November 27th and will run through Thursday, January 7th.

​

Reservations coming soon and they disappear quicker than Ralphie on a slide so book today, we triple dog dare ya!​​

CANCELLATION POLICY:   Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation time are subject to a $15 per person fee.  No-shows and last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our small business and team.

15 MINUTE HOLD TIME:  Your table will be given up after 15 minutes past your reservation time slot.

​

TABLE TIME:  You will have your table for 1 hour, 30 minutes.

​

WE ARE BYOF (bring your own food):   Or try the world famous Rutt's Hut, it is located directly across the street.

PARKING:  If our parking lot is full.  Our side of River Road is street parking for about 1 mile down to the overpass.  We ask that you do not park at Rutt's Hut.

2026 POLICIES FOR GROUPS OF 6+ PEOPLE:

Our group policy is set as it is because we don't have many large tables.

​

1- All groups of 6+ will be subject to 1 tab + 20% tip.

​​​

​2- FOR GROUPS LARGER THAN 6 PEOPLE:  We have removed reservations for groups larger than 6 people from Resy. Please e-mail reservations@silkcitydistillers.com to inquire about seating for groups larger than 6 people.  Please note, there will be a $15 per person prepaid fee for any group larger than 6 people.  The prepaid fee will be applied to your final bar tab.  The fee is non-refundable if you cancel within the 24-hour cancellation window.​

3- TABLE TIME:  You will have your table for 1 hour, 30 minutes.

4-   If you book multiple tables, please note that we will not be able to sit your parties together or near each other.  When you arrive, please do not make demands and then curse us hosting staff out (yes this has happened).​​​​​​
