PRIVATE EVENTS AT THE SILK CITY DISTILLERY

• NO BEER OR WINE IS SERVED AT OUR VENUE:    Due to the type of license granted to NJ Distilleries, no beer or wine can be served at our venue.  We can only serve cocktails with spirits that are distilled on site.    You cannot BYOB your own wine and beer.

• BYOF:   Due to the type of license granted to NJ Distilleries, we cannot serve food, but feel free to BYOF (bring your own food) .  We are happy to provide you with a list of caterers who we work with frequently.

• YOU RENT THE ENTIRE DISTILLERY:    You rent the entire distillery for your private event.  We do not have a separate party space.

• WHEN:   We are open to the public on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, so increased costs will apply for private events on these days.  You rent the entire distillery for your private event.  We do not have a separate party space.  Events at the Distillery can easily be scheduled for days we are not open for normal business hours (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday).

• LIMITED DATES:  Our space is a fully functioning production facility, we only book a few events each quarter.

• CAPACITY:  Maximum 49 Guests
